IBM & Accenture: US Military at Risk of Losing Blockchain Race

A new white paper drafted by firms including Amazon, Accenture, IBM, and Deloitte has noted that the U.S. Department of Defense is falling behind relative to China and Russia with regard to blockchain-based technologies.  The consortium recommends ramping up R&D spending and advancement of new initiatives to encourage further development of these technologies in order to remain competitive.
